The module is aiming to lead to a greater achievement of an institution’s objectives; facilitate the  improvement of the processes of planning, organizing, monitoring implementing and evaluating within an educational institution. To train good managers who can create, enhance and maintain a positive public image of an educational institution. It will help students to be equipped with skills of leading to optimal utilization of human resources and managing interpersonal communication and conflicts (administrators, non-teaching staff, teaching staff and students). The module also aims at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure as well as creating and maintaining a congenial and cohesive atmosphere within the institution.
