     Brief description of aims and content

This module is very important for students studying in the domain of Governance as it provides enough knowledge to them about preparation, vote, execution and control of state budget. It truly trains students how the procedures of state revenues and expenses executions are carried out effectively and their control respectively. Also provides knowledge about who are the public accountants and their respective attributions.

Narrowly defined, the discipline of International Relations (IR) is the academic field which studies the interactions between and among States. More broadly, IR is the study of the working of the International system as a whole including both States and Non-State Actors.

That IR is influenced by the interplay between continuity and change in its subject-matter means that it focuses on changing political, economic and cultural relations within the international system in the modern era.
