Brief description of aims and content:
To educate the students with the contemporary issues in Human Resource Management and also to enable the students to learn and understand the new dimensions of HRM and HRD so as to diffuse this function in a befit professional manner. Students will also have skills or organization development theories

Having successfully completed the module, students should be able to :
- Demonstrate a critical understanding of the core functions, principles, and strategic role of human resource management in contemporary organizations.
- Explain the evolution of HRM practices and their alignment with organizational strategy and business performance
- Identify major theories and models of motivation, leadership, employee engagement, and talent management within global and local contexts.
- Explain legal, ethical, and regulatory frameworks that influence HRM practices, including diversity, equity, and labor relations.
- Outline the Contemporary challenges and trends in organizational behavior
