Animal Diversity, Anatomy and Physiology is an exciting course that explores the incredible diversity of the animal kingdom while uncovering how animals are built and how their bodies function. Throughout this module, you will learn to identify and classify major animal groups, compare their anatomical structures, and understand the physiological processes that enable them to survive, reproduce, and adapt to different environments. Through lectures and case studies, you will develop scientific inquiry, observation, and critical thinking skills essential for biology educators and researchers. By the end of the course, you will have a solid understanding of the relationship between structure and function in animals and will be well prepared to teach these concepts confidently and apply them to real-world issues in biodiversity, conservation, agriculture, veterinary science, and human health.
