The objective of this module is to provide students with procedures, tools and techniques of managing effectively a project. In this course, students will acquire skills on the methods and techniques related to the initiation, planning, execution and closure of a project. At the end of this course, Students will also be able to analyze the feasibility of a project, being it a non merchant or a merchant project. Other skill, such as time management, logical framework, etc, will also be provided to students.
